The A-frame capsule housing offers two key benefits: a unique exterior view and high drainage performance. With the sloped design, Rainwater flows quickly down the sloped roof, effectively preventing any pooling or standing water issues.

Structure & Exterior Design
This capsule house is a Factory-Built cabin kit with light steel. It uses a high-strength light steel frame. The exterior is covered with metal-insulated cladding panels. That combination gives it a modern look and great insulation. Plus, the A-frame roof design is friendly to rain and snow areas.. It allows water and snow to slide off quickly, protecting the main structure from damage.
Internal Loft Vertical Space design
This standard A-frame capsule house covers 11㎡ around. But with 4 meters in height, it doesn’t feel cramped at all. Inside, there’s a flexible Loft layout. It can easily sleep two to three people. You can also customize it as a standalone creative studio, with space for both work and rest.
Modular Expansion
The design supports “+1” horizontal expansion. You can simply connect several units side by side. This turns the small space into a much larger area. It’s a flexible solution that fixes to different functional requirements.

Based on the above standard specifications, the A Roof Capsule House price is typically USD 8,500/unit. USD 8,500 is the ex-work price for one unit. You can request us to provide the total cost on FOB or CIF terms.
- FOB price = USD 8,500 × quantity + inland port charges
- CIF price = USD 8,500 × quantity + inland port charges + sea freight to the destination port
As can be seen from the above formula, the total cost per capsule house depends on the order quantity and sea freight. In a world of peace and a well-functioning market economy, sea freight usually does not fluctuate significantly.
