Every project begins with unique requirements. K-HOME develops prefabricated building solutions based on factors such as the building’s intended use, occupancy, site conditions, layout requirements, material specifications, and other established project standards. Prior to actual production, our technical team translates these requirements into building systems, layout plans, technical specifications, and production-ready drawings.
Manufacturing & Quality Control
K-HOME operates manufacturing facilities for prefabricated building components and steel structures, with production organized according to confirmed project drawings and material specifications. Quality checks are carried out from incoming materials and component fabrication through production and pre-shipment inspection to verify that finished products match the approved project requirements before delivery.

Packing → Container Loading → Shipping → Site Unloading → Assembly → Installation Guidance
After production and pre-shipment inspection, the KHOME team identifies building components, packs them, and prepares them for loading according to the confirmed packing plan.
KHOME supports shipping coordination and provides installation drawings, manuals or videos for site assembly. The technical personnel can also be arranged to provide installation guidance if required.
Site preparation, foundation construction, local labor, cranes, and other installation equipment are typically arranged by the client or a local contractor.
