Z Foldable Container House Technical Specifications
The structural integrity of Z Foldable Containers is built on a high-strength steel frame system that ensures safety, durability, and long service life. The main frame is manufactured using precision-formed, bent steel with a thickness of approximately 2.3 mm. This gives it good load‑bearing capacity and resistance to deformation.
Steel columns at all four corners support the whole structure. Square steel tubes and C‑type beams reinforce the roof and floor system. Together, they create a stable and strong frame. It can handle strong winds, transport stress, and repeated folding and unfolding cycles.
The wall system consists of insulated sandwich panels with a rock wool insulation core and protective color steel sheet on both sides. This structure provides excellent thermal insulation, fire resistance, and sound insulation.
The roof system includes multiple protective layers such as steel sheet panels and glass wool insulation, which provide waterproof performance and temperature control.
The floor system is reinforced with steel beams and covered with durable cement board and PVC flooring, creating a strong, moisture-resistant, and easy-to-maintain walking surface.
